The show is performed by athletes representing Japan and it is completely original. You could only watch this entertainment show in Akihabara.

I can definitely recommend this experience, we went to a 12'o clock show and despite it not being packed the atmosphere was great. I don't want to give away too much but there is suspense in some of the acts. The performances were entertaining and impressive. I got to go on stage and play their version of rock paper scissors and got away with a nice memorabilia. Service was good and the staff pleasant. If you get the chance definitely go see it. I'll probably catch the late show next time I'm in Tokyo. Arigato.

There are little section of Japanese "Matsuri"(meaning festival) called "Ennichi", where you could play some Japanese traditional games which you often see in the festival.
You can spend time in the restaurant until the closing time, wearing a traditional Japanese dressing, "Yukata (which is similar to Kimono)" and take picture with it.
